Wow. What can I say? The intricacy to detail & the attentiveness to delivery is beyond superb. I’m based out of Los Angeles & I was in constant communication with the Pack and Send team. Especially, Daniel. Trying to make sure that the entire process went as smooth as possible. International shipping is a complicated process, but I was reassured constantly about the process, payment & shipping. This international package even got to me quicker than if I was order something within my own country. Excellent service & excellent team. Highly highly recommend!!!

DO NOT take your business to this business or you will be very sorry. It's a shame Google doesn't offer the possibility of a zero star rating because in my experience that's what Pack & Send Albion richly deserves. I recently used them to ship a valuable artwork to Canada. Because of its value and since I live in a downtown urban area where porch pirates make a good living, I gave very clear and specific instructions that the package be designated "Signature on Delivery". I also paid for this service. Pretty simple, right? Apparently not. Imagine my surprise when I contacted their shipping partner, DHL, only to be told that "Signature on Delivery" was not on the waybill because this was a premium service that needed to be paid for and the shipper (Pack & Send Albion) did not do so. As a result, the DHL delivery driver would simply be ringing the doorbell and dropping the item off at my door. In spite of the fact that I spent many hours over the course of two days trying to convince DHL that I had in fact specified and paid for "Signature on Delivery", this is exactly what occurred. Luckily I just happened to be home when the doorbell rang. Instead of doing the right thing and acknowledging the mistake and taking responsibility for it, the franchisee, Lisa, wanted to shift the blame to the delivery driver, stating he had made a mistake. I asked Lisa to send me a copy of the waybill so I could see if "Signature on Delivery" was specified there. She did not. So I got a copy from DHL. Lo and behold, there was no instruction on the waybill to obtain a signature for the shipment. So the delivery driver was not at fault. There are only three possibilities here: either Pack & Send Albion is utterly dishonest and wanted to save a few dollars by not paying for the premium service, or they are grossly negligent, or they are willfully ignorant of the basic services offered by their own shipping partner. Whatever the case may be, don't take the chance that they will screw up your shipment as well. You don't want to go through the stress and wasted time that will result. Use FedEx. Use UPS. Use a carrier pigeon. Anything but these jokers.
