Very professional and speedy service. Only took a week from Melbourne to Verona - door-to-door! Everything arrived intact except for minor damage on a porcelain lid (that was my fault - the way I brought it to Pack & Send) and the handles came off one pot. However, this is nothing as all the china including antique plates arrived in perfect condition. Thanks very much to Mnural and her team. Highly recommended.

I had to call up and have my booking re-booked in as the contractor didn't collect my parcel from the sender. If I hadn't called up myself, I'm not sure what would have happened? It took over a week to arrive from Victoria in the end. The service was pretty average overall, especially when it's meant to be a premium service.
