This form asked what I recommend about Pack & Send North Ryde. My answer is: Alex - I recommend Alex. Courier companies are painful to deal with (really could just one of them deliver to me instead of dropping my stuff at Pack & Send). But Alex seems to have unlimited patience (even when I'm needing more caffeine and therefore quite cranky), and he's very helpful too.

This is the second time we have used Pack and Send Southern Highlands to package and send items purchased at auction to South Australia. Joshua and his team do a great job. Communication is excellent and the items always arrive well-packaged and free from damage. Rates are reasonable, delivery is quick and the whole process is easy. I can highly recommend Pack and Send Southern Highlands.

Pricing is a premium for the service. Staff were friendly but informed me they are very busy and will pack and send the items asap. Whilst I appreciate their honesty, and it certainly isn’t the staffs fault I did leave thinking what exactly did I pay the price premium for of it isn’t a fast efficient service? Items arrived and even the receivers told me there is far more cost efficient and faster options. The good is it’s a hassle free service, but you’re paying for it. Oh..and I get an email asking for positive reviews? Really? I thought all feedback good or bad would be welcomed if your serious about service

Attempted delivery from Springwood,Logan,QLD to Moranbah,Qld,6 days later and parcel still has not arrived,poor service. Would not reccomend or use again.

Really smooth experience, they noticed my boxes weren't well packed and repacked them for me, and attempted delivery twice due to me missing it the first time. Great service.

All was perfect except my expensive product was within reach of the front of the front door at the pickup depot with the only staff member way out the back - could have been nicked off by anyone! Other than this great experience.
