Courier networks are currently handling an extra surge of deliveries in the lead up to Christmas due to peak shopping season, swo as always, we recommend sending your parcels as early as possible to give you the best chance of delivery before the big day.
For those wanting to book our services or contact us during the holiday period (Dec 23rd to Jan 1st), please note that many of our locations will be closed for a short break. To find out which locations will be open in some capacity over the break, you can read our full Christmas trading hours here.
Booking through a Service Centre:
Especially when it’s urgent, we highly recommend booking your parcels and freight through your local PACK & SEND Service centres. The friendly freight experts at your local PACK & SEND will provide you with unrivalled service and up-to-the-minute advice on the best way to send your items to meet your deadline and your budget.

Domestic courier services booked and collected via our Online Self-Service system on or before the following dates will arrive on or before Friday 22nd December.
