Great service from Hana. I wish all P&S could be the same. Could not say the same about all P&S. The one in West End is to be avoided. Rude and double the price for a letter with DHL.

This form asked what I recommend about Pack & Send North Ryde. My answer is: Alex - I recommend Alex. Courier companies are painful to deal with (really could just one of them deliver to me instead of dropping my stuff at Pack & Send). But Alex seems to have unlimited patience (even when I'm needing more caffeine and therefore quite cranky), and he's very helpful too.
